Special Thoughts...
I had a half flower left over and wanted to use it. The "Olive" green from CTMH ink and Adirondack Embossing Powder "Moss" made it perfect for this card. I used my Watercolor pencil to create a frame on DCWV embossed white paper.

I did not use any stamp on this card. I made a quilt pattern out of ribbon in Dark brown and Blue. Embellished with half flower and some tag letters.
The card is made with DCWV dry embossed friends sayings that i highlighted with colonial white CTMH ink.
All in all a fun clean cut card ???

Bird Sanctuary
About a year ago I taught a card class at my local Stamp Store. (http://stampingonstatestreet.webs.com) . I was to use the stamp set Bird Sanctuary M4746 by Clearly Impressed.
I used ink that I sprayed on the tags... I used a dark brown ink for the tree branch and the feathers that are inked. The Bird and the egg are wet embossed to give it a little more of a 3 dimensional aspect.
Stazon black ink to stamp the bird and the feather... And Black feather... That I found all over my scrap area for several weeks after the card were done.
Just wanted to share that set I really love!

This one is my nephew "Christopher" a little pirate card:
For this card I colorred the image with Sakura gel pen it gives it that wet look that i find pretty fun. A skull paper as a background make the card a little more pirate.
This one is for my Stepson "BART" a great wonderful kid that I love dearly... He is really talented artist so hopefully he will like the homemade card!:

Lew's Bday..
Lew is a really really good friends of ours and a coffee lover. On his last business trip my husband brought back his favorite coffee and the matching mug for him. I had to make the card to match his present.

Remi's Birthday... Already 6 !!!

Tulip stained glass
A couple of months ago I seen this card: http://www.splitcoaststampers.com/gallery/photo/882986
and I had to case it. I just found her card delightful and wanted to try to input my own spin to it. Since I do not have Pink Tulips in my yard I took pictures of the beautiful red ones.
The Vibrant Red and the powerful green are perfect for each other and complete my card perfectly.
I used Variegated Green Leaf for the "thanks so much" on the picture. The shimmer of the leafing coordinate with the gold embossing of the tulips stained glass (Anita's).
Let me know what you think of it.
